I’m in Newport today also, as I am most days since I work here.

If you’re in Dublin next Saturday, you might want to do the Literary Scavenger Hunt as part of the St. Patrick’s Festival. See http://www.stpatricksfestival.ie/index.php/events/event/literary_treasure_hunt. When our daughter studied at Trinity College a few years ago, the Polish Peter family did a historical version of this event, and it was a lot of fun. It took us all over. We were in no rush, so we didn’t win one of the prizes. At the end of the day they gave us a sample bag with a Toblerone bar and a jar of mayonnaise.

Polish Peter: Sounds great! But I think we’ll be in Galway by then…

Can we really afford to pass this up?
