Lots of stuff on our lawn and in our forest to bring inside. We’ve made a reservation at a hotel for tomorrow – in case power goes out in Garrett Park. People walk along Rokeby Avenue carrying bags full of paper towels. We worry about trees falling on our house.

better safe, when I was an student at SUNY StBr in the mid80’s a hurricane put a huge pine tree right thru my dorm window so stay low and deep inside like with a tornado, good luck

We actually got a rather bizarre automated pre-emptive call from Pepco warning that power may be out for as much as a week.
