As far as I know DSK’s accuser lied not only about a previous allegation of rape, but in fact lied to the NY DA about the DSK case. (Not that I’m a fan of his, or could say whether I think he’s actually guilty.)

The Warner piece strikes me as both glib and pedestrian. Furthermore it was unoriginal. An indictment of America’s hypocritical voyeurism at the intersection of entertainment, politics and money… what else is new?
