I don’t think I’ll get paid quite as much if I get fired this year. If I could, I’d probably just deliberately get bad teaching evals so I could take the next few years off with pay.
On the other hand, it IS amusing that Texas Tech gets paid in this. Tech fans probably would have paid the $931,000 themselves to get rid of him.
