The Oshkosh campus of the University of Wisconsin is number one among the nation’s colleges and universities, according to this guy, for alcohol-related arrests among its students.

Among the social set at Milwaukee Hamilton, early in the 1970s, many a spring semester conversation turned to whether Oshkosh or LaCrosse or Whitewater was most desirable for the social scene. Wisconsin was an 18 state at the time. It’s now a 21 state, but the social set evidently still talks about the same campuses.
