You’ve got all these American universities doing everything they possibly can to recruit legions of violent nutbags whom they immediately and without warning loose upon a clueless group of normal teenagers.
Clueless? Worse than that. These students are predisposed to worship the recruited players. Unless they grew up in Sayreville, they have no idea how twisted is the cult from which the recruited emerged. Like fools, they jostle each other to get near their heroes…

I have to ask, where is the Faculty Senate? Not just of FSU, but of every football factory? After reading the NYAG’s report regarding financial aid fraud, it became apparent that anyone paying attention would have realized that universities were running a con. Yet, nothing, not a word, that I know of, from those tenured aristocrats, whose job is to maintain academic integrity. I understand academia is nice job if you can get it, but that doesn’t mean you have to abandon even the glimmer of a conscience….
