Actually, I wouldn’t say “same old”. More and more students are speaking out in opposition to the party school culture, and that’s a critical part of being able to address it. The fact that these students are willing to take that stand is important. May not be able to change it overnight, or in some places, ever. But, when cynical old farts belittle the effort by students to address it, you can guarantee that the road will be longer and more difficult.

WVU students have no power and very little institutional knowledge. Plus many of them have a weakness for the bottle.
Power, knowledge, and sobriety are held by the cynical old farts who run your school. They’re far more cynical about students – and everything else – than I am. Good luck.
