The taxes are really that low? Or is that only a partial-year installment? Geez, I’m paying $1500/yr on a house that is assessed at $150K, but in real life would have a hard time selling for $135-140K.

tp: Don’t know about the taxes. My assumption is that Cambridge taxes are incredibly high…? I’ll ask the agent.

That was my working assumption, UD.
It looks like a wonderful house and probably won’t last long, given its location.
