    that’s genius, unfortunately I’ve found that the liberal cognitive-bias tends to render invisible evidence that their cherished
    faith-positions/modes of “critical” thinking and informed/reasoned debate/dialogue are often ineffective and so they are immune to such facts, but maybe this kind of Kierkegaardian indirect communication thru humor might slip thru their irony challenges.

    This is very good.

    Recently we’ve been binging on documentaries. In them, I find a lot of what I’ll call conjunctivitis. And trouble with language is often trouble with thought.

    There is a rather large set of bad documentaries out there, whose every sentence, but the first, begins “But . . .” This, regardless of whether what follows undercuts or bolsters the previous sentences or just changes the micro-subject. But (oops it’s catching) I await the end of exemption even for the first sentence in the script. This is an additional sign of end times.
