Does anyone know if MSU’s insurance carrier is paying out the entire amount? I doubt it, but I honestly don’t know. But the premiums have to be increasing, and that’s going to impact student loans. None of that escalating debt is improving academics. I’m betting departments will be shut down…,

UD, I’m certain that the insurer is going to claim that MSU didn’t do enough to mitigate the risk that Nasar posed, that it is impossible to believe that the admins couldn’t have known what was going on and stopped the assaults. If MSU’s incompetence is proven, MSU would be liable for the payouts. This is just incredible….

i don’t see a single top 10 NCAA finish in women’s gymnastics for MSU. that’s bad bang for the big bucks.
