Duke's Finnerty Convicted... ...of misdemeanor assault for viciously homophobic behavior on a Georgetown street a few months back. No surprise there. His sentence is six months of probation. Judge John Baily also ordered Finnerty to undergo drug and alcohol counseling if required by probation officers. He must also stay out of Washington's Georgetown neighborhood while on probation.
