Annie Le, a pharmacology graduate student, was murdered; Sylvia Bingham, who had just graduated, was hit by a truck while riding her bicycle to work.

And 3 (probably 4) students have died this calendar year at Virginia Tech. One last semester (murder), two this semester (murder with no leads), and one is missing, presumed dead.
