Prof. McCall should be less concerned with women’s fashion, and whole lot more concerned how OU is gonna keep from going bankrupt…

Caught in a time warp?
Pants for women were forbidden here until sometime around 1970. There was a “dean of women”; part of her responsibility was to ensure modest dress.
It does seem to me that today’s ever-perverse youth (the female part, anyway) is now shifting back to skirts and dresses.
