   Since the objective is simply to soil insitutions, this is just mission accomplished. Meanwhile Trump has fired the Director of the National Portrait Gallery. I rather enjoyed The Smithsonian Insitution last I saw it many years ago. It appears to be next under the overflowing nappy.

   The rhetoric is below that of football hooligans yet raises no eyebrows.
