The letters CATHERINEHANAWAY contain multiple demonic words…

… each of which constitutes an affront to faith. To start with, the Irish meaning of HANAWAY is “stormy one,” or “unpeace” — a meaning brutally at odds with the priestly invocation “the peace of the Lord be with you.” CATHERINE, in this context, inevitably calls up Heathcliff’s demonic lover Catherine in Wuthering Heights.

More disturbing to any person of faith are the many dark words hidden within Missouri’s Attorney General’s name:

cheat

cheater

trance

whiner

trench

chant

chain

hyena

witch

hate

warn

rat

That someone this spiritually compromised could turn around and judge any other person or thing as “demonic” smells of the hypocrisy of Satan. Hanaway wants to say that this sculpture

is “demonic,” and must be taken down lest its aura corrupt two churches down the block. Yet the AG clearly faces a luciferian reckoning of her own before she can turn around and criticize things as demonic.

Satan, get thee hence. Get good with God before you cast the first Demon Stone.
