Pusher who went to med school
might finally have to close shop.
But don’t be too sure.
It’s been obvious for
almost five years that
this addict, who
lives and practices very
near UD, has been
a major drug distributor,
drawing fellow addicts
from far and wide
(one of whom,
intriguingly, tells
police he’s
“an Attorney General
[Quasi Judicial Officers]
in the District of Columbia.”
A junkie’s lie?
Or is there something
there?).
Until a few days ago,
this man had privileges
at UD‘s local hospital.

Part of the problem is that there’s a serious COI in physicians regulating physicians, as is the case with physician controlled license boards. While few state boards do this well, Maryland is among the ten worst, as shown by the Public Citizen reports (https://www.citizen.org/publications/release.cfm?ID=7652&secID=1158&catID=126). The online Maryland records do not match the newspaper report, as they do not show that any action was taken in 2004 (https://www.mbp.state.md.us/bpqapp/PProfile3.asp).

GTWMA: Thank you for that information. I wasn’t aware that Maryland’s state board was so bad. I’m opening the links you sent now.
