Almost all of this, including the lack of comment from the team, is completely consistent with steroid-induced rage. It’s not clear what, if anything, the summer league player believes Huguely was “f— up” on.
The one surprising item is the amnesia in the last quoted paragraph, assuming the gossip is accurate. Steroids don’t normally cause that.

Dom: ‘Roid rage is a distinct possibility. I’ve been wondering, in the last few days, about what investigators are finding in Huguely’s bloodstream and urine — Don’t know if they routinely check these things. I assume so.
And I wonder whether they will just find a stew — Steroids, alcohol, drugs… I don’t know how all of those things interact…
