The Polish Peter family will be doing the same thing, probably not more than 30 miles away. We hadn’t remembered the vodka, though. I will pick some up tomorrow. Wesołych Świąt!

Polish Peter: But I got it wrong. The Bad Lunch (as we call it) – the cold vodka and potatoes lunch – the lunch that always turns out to be delicious – takes place on Wigilia.
