    Let’s be clear, the NCAA main focus is making sure institutional control of the athletic department resides with the academic side. Yet, the admins need to hire an outside firm in order to tell them what’s going on within the AD. Seems to me, CA Uni violated the premise of athletic oversight, and should be under severe 2A penalty.
