    Good joke. But maybe we’ll start seeing some major back-pedaling from Powell once she fully understands the potential legal consequences of pimping out one’s underage daughters. IANAL, but that’s gotta be a pretty serious felony, no?

    My prediction is that Powell’s going to wind up suffering a lot more than Pitino.

    Dr_ – I also know little about the legal stuff. But – I don’t know – immunity? in some context or other?

    Maybe. But it’s hard to see a DA excusing anyone for prostituting her kids, under any circumstances–setting aside everything else, the optics would be terrible–much less doing so in order to go after a sports program that is popular with voters. My gut feeling is that Powell gets thrown under the bus and Louisville PR says, “You just can’t believe a horrible monster like that.”
