Intriguingly enough, Elizabeth Holmes of Theranos, who is a WAY, WAY bigger scamster than Shkreli, is being allowed to settle her, uh, difficulties, with a mere $500K fine, returning her basically worthless shares acquired through the fraud, and relinquishing her voting control of the company. Jail time? Please! Our girl Liz knows the right people, two of them being named Obama and Clinton.
