Ah, the public school system. Maybe your university will be lucky enough to have some of these young talented football players/alleged rapists on your team someday.

    They may not have any choice, UD. Many school systems are mandated by law to provide an education. Some have what amount to rubber rooms for expelled/suspended students, with supposedly individualized lesson plans. Unless they are dropping out, they have to be placed somewhere.

    tp: Montgomery County used to have a school for troubled students who made everyone else’s school life miserable: Mark Twain. It was closed because of the “inclusivity” fad …
