There’s no there there, UD. As the extent of the failed coup of 2016 becomes apparent and the day of reckoning approaches, there will be increasingly dopey claims puffed up with media hype. We will no doubt soon be informed that a highly-placed whistleblower heard from his mom’s hairdresser’s second-cousin’s maid’s yoga instructor that The Donald was spotted wearing white after Labor Day.

TP: I think we’re more likely to see him in orange.

…or that three middle-school white kids, at the direction of Karen Pence, needless to say, called a young black classmate racist names and cut her dreads off…no, actually, it was Mike AND Karen who ordered the three middle-school thugs to cut the dreads and then lay them at the foot of Robert E. Lee’s statue in Charlottesville, Virginia…no, wait, it was the Orange Man himself who ordered Mike AND Karen to arm three MAGA-hat-wearing white supremacist youths with semi-automatic AR-15 rifles that according to eyewitness Maxine Waters weigh as much as 10 boxes and shoot .50 cal. bullets and after terrorizing their classmate and cutting off her dreads, to establish a whites-only republic answerable only to the Orange Man and Vlad Putin, which they would have done if AOC, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Robert Mueller, and a host of heroic media figures had not bravely seized their weapons.

Yeah, with all the fake attacks this blog has covered over the years, I figured from the start the dreadlocks cutting story was bullshit.

But since you mention Mike Pence — keep an eye on that guy. At least Trump never presented himself as a paragon of piety. If it turns out that Pence has also been up to dirty stuff, that will be especially amusing in a Tartuffe sort of way.
