    Sending troops to American cities is obviously political. Its Mussolini lite. As you have noted, the highest murder rates are in Republican governed states. When are troops going to those places? Never.

    Matt: Yes – the big giveaway is that they’re not going to the biggest bloodbath of all: Mississippi.
